2. Friday, June 26th - drop off items, setup and pricing of items from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
3. Saturday, June 27th - sale of items on Saturday and cleanup from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

This Sunday, June 21st, we will have our Exploring Scripture through Discussion and Art beginning at 9:30 a.m. in Fellowship Hall, led by Shelley Frost. One of the scripture readings we will explore is Matthew 10:24-39. We hope you will be able to join us as we explore the Bible in a new and exciting way!

We are currently seeking to fill the positions of Education Deacon, and Missions Deacon. If you would be interested in filling any of these open slates, please let us know. It is with great sadness that we share the news of the passing of Bill Nickerson on April 4th. Bill and his beloved wife Margie have been active members and friends of Northwood Congregational Church for many years, and as you may know, Margie has served in many roles (currently bookkeeper for the last few years). The NCC family sends their sincere condolences and prayers to Margie and her family. Bill will be greatly missed by all of us.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, April 18th at 10:00 a.m. at Mountain View Church in Sanbornton, NH. Following the Celebration of Life there will be a gathering at the Merrimack Valley Railroad Function Hall in Northfield, NH. Sunday, March 8th, we will welcome Rev. Linda Hirst as our guest preacher. Rev. Hirst will also be leading us in the celebration of Holy Communion. Rev. Hirst studied at Union Theological Seminary in Virginia and is an ordained pastor in the United Church of Christ. She is currently serving as Transitional Associate Conference Minister for the NHUCC and has served several churches in southern Maine and NH. She enjoys helping families provide a service that both honors their loved ones and offers comfort to family and friends. Rev. Hirst resides in York, ME with her husband Brad.
On Sunday, March 1st, we will once again have our Poetry Salon at Ma's Cafe, 284 1st New Hampshire Turnpike, Northwood, NH, beginning at 9:30 a.m. Ma’s will need a headcount by Saturday evening, so please let Peggy Kofer know if you plan on attending. You can text Peggy at 603-608-8627.

The Northwood Recreation Department will hold its annual Ice Fishing Derby on Saturday, February 7 beginning at 8:00 a.m. The event will take place Harvey Lake and refreshments will be served in NCC's Fellowship Hall.
As in past years, we will be serving coffee, tea, and hot cocoa, along with various baked goods. We are seeking volunteers to help serve drinks and/or contribute baked goods such as cookies, muffins, or other treats. If you are able to help, please contact Peggy Kofer at 603-608-8627.

scheduled an appointment! There are several open appointment times
available!
We are looking for volunteers to make cookies and treats for the blood drive.
We'll also need volunteers around 1:30 p.m.to help with the breakdown and
getting Fellowship Hall back to its normal set up after the blood drive.
