Are you in need of gifts for friends,
employees/staff, grandparents, children or grandchildren? Here is a perfect way to get someone a gift
and help the church at the same time! Please
go to https://raiseright.com/shop
and place your order for an ecard. Or
place an order for a regular gift card with Terri at Fergusonterri357@gmail.com
or text 603-828-4778. The church
receives a percentage from each card sale. The more gift cards we order, the
more money the church receives! Feel
free to email or text Terri with any questions.
Terri will be submitting the order on June 5th and will
contact anyone who placed an order once the gift cards come in.

Service and Reception for Jean Hunter
At the request of Jean Hunter’s family, we are posting this
to inform the Northwood Community of her recent passing. Jean was very active in her community and
church and the family is extending the invitation to those who knew and loved
her. A graveside service
honoring Jean will be held on June 3 at 11:00 a.m. followed by a reception at
The Red Blazer Restaurant, 72 Manchester Street, Concord, NH at 12:00
noon. Everyone is welcome to both the graveside service and to the
restaurant. Please let us know if you are able to join us at the
restaurant to ensure we provide enough seating for all. Call the church at
603-942-7116 and leave a message as to whether you will be able to join the
family at the restaurant. Please include
your name, a number where you can be reached, and the number of people in your
party. We will update this information once
we confirm which cemetery the services will be held.
We will have a special musician joining us as well. Joyce Andersen (pictured below), violinist, guitarist, fiddle player will perform our worship music on Mother’s Day.
Also on Mother’s Day, we will celebrate our graduates!

On May 5th you're invited to a potluck with Margarita
mocktails at 6:30 p.m. and free movie at 7:30 p.m. at Northwood Congregational
Church. The movie is about a woman farmer from the landlocked nation of Malawi,
which is experiencing extreme drought that is becoming longer each year,
causing food scarcity. Anita Chitaya has a talent for persuasion, and decides
to travel to America, traveling from California to the White House, meeting
climate skeptics and despairing farmers. Join us to see how Anita faces her
greatest challenge. Part travelog and part an exploration of farming, culture,
and climate, it's intriguing and worth your time!
